  found Lt & Associates a pleasure to work with & highly recommend their services. We employed them to design a major extension to our current dwelling, including both upper & lower levels. They worked closely with us to provide a design that reflected our lifestyle & met our budget. The company's professional approach was of an exceptional standard. All work was delivered within an agreed timeframe & when design alterations were required they were more than accommodating, helping us reach solutions that would have been impossible without their expertise. They diligently followed the project through all relevant applications & certifications allowing us a far more relaxed process than we had anticipated. I highly recommend this company.

  As a builder I often use LT & Associates for designing a wide range of projects including home extensions, renovations, 2nd storey additions, new homes and duplex's. Great practical easy to read plans for all my tradesman that my clients can also understand. The perfect amount of detail at a reasonable price.
