Hi, I have been in the fitness industry as a personal trainer for over 7 years. My experience started a long time before that and has been built over the last 20+ years of various sport and training modalities. My educational achievements in the fitness industry above standard are ASCA Level 1 Coach, Powerlifting Australia Level 1 Coach, World Kettlebell Club (WKC) Fitness Trainer, WKC Kettlebell Sport Coach and WKC Strength & Conditioning Coach. I specialise in getting you stronger, moving better and feeling better. With an empathetic approach and no nonsense training attitude, we can work together to make goals happen. My personal achievements as an amateur boxer are 3x Australian Golden Glove Champion, 2005 QLD Novice Title, 2007 QLD Amateur Title and a spot on the 2007 QLD Boxing Team in the Beijing Olympic Trials. Retired from professional boxing after serious shoulder injury. Since surgery I have competed in numerous Kettlebell Sport competitions in Australia. I know what it takes to come back from serious Injuries, to train as a professional sportsman, to compete at the top level and do all of this with a big family and working full-time.
