  When providing the quote, Jain was very nice and agree with everything we've asked and the price structure of the job. The following day, he asked us to give more money for buying the villaboard. So we thought that we are happy with that. So we changed the price to include the villaboard. When it nearly comes to the day to do the tiling. He asked for more money, now he wants money for the waterproofing and silicon. I wonder what would be next? What happens if he started on the job and wants more money after that. He is not genuine. He has delayed my renovation and costing me more money to rent else. Avoid as much as possible and he keeps on changing his mind and increasing the price.

  i quote 50$/sqm laying with materail but he （Steve）misunderstood！He think everything include laying，waterproof，screed，villaboard install，grout，silicone！i am sorry for the quote！
