Jeremy has a current public liability insurance with QBE. QBE are a well known and trusted insurance agent. Jeremy also is an accredited renderer. And is an active member of the BSA.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Jeremy started in the industry as a labourer when he was a teenager. He slowly worked his way up to a trade hand and then to a renderer. He started off working for other rendering companies before opening his own business.

What do you like most about your job?

Transforming a clients home and seeing their faces at the end. A home can go from looking tired and rundown to refreshed and new again. I enjoy seeing my clients happy  face when they see the finished product.

What makes your pricing competitive?

There can be a big difference in the rate per metre a renderer charges. We have found that there are renderers out there that are cheaper then us.  However their quality and workmanship is not to the high standard that we maintain. We may be a bit more expensive, but we always ensure a high class job and always ensure our client is happy.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Jeremy will come out and measure your job. We charge by the square metre. This rate includes all labour and material. The only additional charge on top of that, would be scaffolding if it is required. But we are always happy to give our clients a breakdown in price so they know exactly how we got to the final quote figure.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialise in all types of rendering. We do all forms - cement, skin coat, texture, and white set. And we can adhere it to most surfaces, including brick, block, blue board and heable.

Jeremy has been in the trade industry since he was a teenager. He has seen many good and bad things. So he knows exactly what type of service he wants to provide his clients and exactly what he doesn't.
