  Good polite, communication from the start Punctual and friendly Very good job on bathroom clean - did more than I asked Reasonable job on carpets, but honestly no better than a Britax hire from Woolies would do or a good wet and dry vac (mine died hence I needed it done). They use water extraction method, they didnt pre vacuum (thankfully I did with my dyson or the results would have been far less) and I had to ask them to move the lounge. Only went over each "run" of carpet once - ie once sprayed it wet, once again straight away to suck it up Certainly didnt dry within 3 hours, carpet was quite wet afterwards - took 24 hours to dry and has left water mark streaks in carpet. For a basic carpet clean, I would recommend
