  We engaged him to carry out renovation work at our project in Soldiers Hill. However, we regret to inform you that he failed to complete the assigned tasks and has ceased all communication despite being paid for work that was neither completed nor initiated with proficiency. Furthermore, we discovered that he installed our electric fireplace upside down. Our overall experience with his work has been extremely unsatisfactory and disappointing.

  I was pushed to drop everything and start a job at soldiers hill, I planned a sparky and plaster to come and was told to finish job as it was urgent. As soon as I had everyone ready to start Elaine dropped all contact and just fed me lip service, than at the final hour bailed on getting the job done. I only charged for demo which was complete. Never charged for the Reno cause we never started. Worst client I’ve ever worked for and urge everyone to stay away from milk chocolate designs
