I just liked cleaning our windows and pressure washing our house and driveways, and I know people like the look of the finished product.

Blasting away the mould and mildew and grime and totally transforming the perception of the objects being cleaned. We can do some really great things and have things looking almost new. Even ones we thought were ready for the dump.

Do I charge per window? I charge by window and I factor in how difficult they will be highset or lowset? + How dirty they are. As for my gardening/ landscaping duties Its quoted at how long I think to do the job and what equipment costs aswell.

I know the pain off wasting all day waiting for a contractor to turn up that doesn't. Thats why I will offer a am or pm booking offering full communcation with you throughout the day. And in the unfortunate event that I do miss your booking I can make arrangements to do the work at a discount.

I will happily do the dirty hard work of cleaning the exterior of your house, this will add street appeal and value to your property. I will provide you with a closer time so that you aren't waiting around the house all day for me to turn up.

How many bedrooms the house is, highset/ low set, what the house is made of (brick, timber) if its cladded or rendered. And or design. example lowset 3 bedroom brick, or highset 4 bedroom queenslander. Driveways I just need to know what type of driveway it is example stencil. plain etc

If they tape up electrical powerpoints, lights and move any outdoor furniture, kids toys etc this will save me the time of doing it, and let me get into what I'm hired to do.
