  Things were going badly for me when I engaged a company to carry out roof renovations. I was extremely concerned with the quality of the work and frustrated by never ending delays and excuses. I made contact with Phil from Inspector Holmes who was understanding and sympathetic to my concerns. That same day Phil visited my home and carried out an inspection of the restoration work. Phil confirmed that my concerns were very valid and that the work carried out was incomplete, shoddy, and not up to an acceptable standard. In fact, as Phil confirmed, some of the "repairs" made the roof very prone to water ingress in areas of the roof that were not at risk before repairs were carried. To ensure integrity of the roof from water ingress, further remedial work would be require to correct the sub standard shoddy and incomplete repairs. Phil is professional, prompt, polite and straight to the point. I would most certainly highly recommend Phil and his company with respect to the services he provides. Mike
