  Phil was so quick to come for inspection that I failed to manage to be home before he finished the inspection. But from the report, I knew he did a thorough inspection. Highly recommended.

  I used Phil Grahn from Inspector Homes for my pre-purchase Building and Pest Inspection. He did a great job. He was very detailed and picked up all the issues with the property. His report was clear and easy to understand. Phil was also easy to talk to and answered all my questions. The price was fair and matched the market. I felt he was honest and really cared about doing a good job. I highly recommend him.
