• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  As a child I had always been creative and was constantly drawing, making things or creating imaginative games. Therefore, it was no surprise to my parents when I developed an interest in Architecture in the early years of high school after seeing an architectural magazine about houses. As my passion for building design developed it led to one of my proudest moments many years later when completing my University studies and becoming a registered British Architect. To be employed in a position to design a permanent structure that adds to people's lives in its function for living, working and entertaining combined with the emotional value that a beautiful and well planned building can provide is something that I have always viewed as a privilege.
