  They promise a bond clean and your bond returned and we have been charged over $200 in cleaning fees on top of the $560 they charged us. Had to return twice with the third visit to clean refused by the real estate as they just couldn't get it right. Offered a $30 discount for a huge list that they missed. You cant even buy enough cleaning products to do it yourself with that. WORST customer service and they really don't care.
