  Gives a 20 year guarantee on work that he knows isn't good. Was hired to paint external cedar windows and a garage door however, did not do a good job. Photos were taken the day the job was supposedly finished - windows painted shut, not sanded properly and old paint was painted over, gaping holes left in window frames exposing the cedar wood. I have never seen such bad workmanship. Whilst I have photos to prove how bad the work was, this site does not allow for these to be uploaded, which is a pity. The job was completed on the 7th of February 2023 and a total amount of $5400 paid despite three windows on the second floor not being painted due to "not being able to access them". Since then, easy access has been granted however, he has made promises to come and paint these three windows countless times and not come to do them. Taken the money and run! Not impressed at all with the work and would not recommend.

  yes we run away from you. from the extra work you asking for. we have talk abut 2 coat you made us doing 5 coat. and for the 3 windows you talk abut. was not including the quote because we didn't see it. so yes we run but not taking your money. we take what we have agreement abut. and its not $5400. its $4500 but your husband tell me to the invoice in different address and this amounts so he can claim it on tax.
