  Ivan was an excellent pre-purchase building inspector. He was prompt, reliable, thorough and went above and beyond to provide extra contacts and extra advice on the issues with the buildings. He was excellent with communication and discussed in detail over the phone about each of properties he inspected in addition to the thorough reports he provided. We will definitely use his services again and would highly recommend his services, even to our family and friends.
