We have been in the industry for more than 20 years. The experience obtained in Europe helps us to create fresh interior designs here in Australia inspired by fine Australian wood and unique outdoor culture.

I am lucky to meet a lot of wonderful people in my job. All of them are different, from various cultures and backgrounds. Every family has a story to tell, and homes are the best tellers. Interiors tell about their dwellers' habits and hobbies, their likes and dislikes. And so do our cabinets!

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

The right professional would offer several different solutions, not just one.  The right professional would NEVER give you a quote without having seen the site.

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

The most common question is, of course, the how-much-question. In fact, the answer depends on the customer! The customer decides on the type of the material (wood, particle board or MDF, etc), on the kind of finish (matt, gloss or textured).   "How long?" is another common question. Depending on the project complexity it can take from 3 days to 8 weeks. So, a standard wardrobe is built and installed within 3 days. Building cabinets for a kitchen usually takes 2-4 weeks.

Our billing policy is very transparent: you only pay for the materials in advance and for the job not before the project has been completed. You pay for what you get! We have been also verified by Paypal and Square payment engines.

First of all, the size/dimensions of the project. Secondly, client's preferences regarding the design and materials. And the last but not the least, the time frame for the job. However, a site inspection is the best way to go.

1. Take away everything unnessesary from the site. 2. Do the dirty job youself before we enter the site. 3. Protect the pieces of furniture, if required, from dust by covering them with rags or special protective covers.

We never give blind quotes! We prefer to estimate the time and cost after the initial inspection. It can be a flat rate quote or an itemized one. The final estimation is usually issued after the final inspection.
