  I’ve been using Express PT for a month now. Matt is incredibly knowledgeable and an encouraging training which is what I personally look for. He’s been very flexible with the times that I come to train and have fallen in love with some of the cardio equipment. I guess the proof if in the results. I’ve worked hard and reduced my weight be 6kgs and increased my strength and recovery time considerably. Overall I’m very happy with the journey so far and encourage everyone to try out express PT for yourself!
