Started work 3 weeks after the suggested start date. Worked only 6 days for a period of 2 months ( and that was after numerous calls and msgs asking when will they come to continue the work) Stopped coming to work and never communicated soon after second instalment was made. Had to get another contractor to finish the job.15 May 2020
Ray, I am very disappointed at your approach in regards to us working together on your project. Myself and my crew were booked in and made solid progress on the project following our details schedule of build. We promptly installed stage 1 which involved the full retaining of your front lawn as well as the transition up to the house allowing a strong definition to the entrance of your property. I am extremely disappointed in how you are attempting to cause I contacted you many times to resolve the issues that arose. In regards to the instalment payment, you fail to mention here that you deposited the payment and then called my bank to tell them you have accidentally placed funds in the wrong account, and had the funds removed. I was on my way to collect the required materials to discover that your payment for materials was not available. You lied to my financial institutions.Geoff J
