I am very disappointed with the outcome of my garden makeover for the purpose of selling my property. I was quoted just over $2000 to clean and tidy my 800m2 yard and apart from labour and normal garden implements, the only extra's to be supplied was about 10m of garden edging. Rod and 2 others were there for a total of about a day and a half. I calculated that the rate therefore was about very conservatively $100 per hour. The result less than thrilled me I must say and I have had to pay extra $$ to another company to complete the job as well as two full days of me (and the very sympathetic neighbours) being in there and 2 additional trailer loads later. I did discuss in very frank terms my level of disappointment to try and bring a resolution but Rod was just fixated with the quote and what was in it. I have no issue with the quote, that's what I agreed to pay, but I have an issue with the substandard delivery of services. By mutual agreement Rod did take $400 off the bill as a result. My result in the garden was substandard though. Would not use again and would not recommend to anybody. My lesson = hire a professional qualified person for your garden.
