  I had a really bad experience with Dirt2Clean The cleaners were late and were extremely unprofessional. We were quoted $400 for a one bedroom apartment with carpet steam clean as an initial quote. The cleaners came in on the day and spent 1.5 hours walking around the apartment, taking pictures and going back and forth with their manager on call without really starting the job. They did not bring any equipment with them. We had a Dyson vacuum sitting in our living room and they were playing around with it without really doing the job they came for. After everything they quoted me $600 because the job involved complexity than normal job. If I asked them to show me what they meant, they did not have an explanation and said it’s because everything in bathroom will need to be cleaned and carpet will need to be vacuumed. It seemed like they were subcontractors and not really a part of the company and the communication was extremely poor. I found it to be a waste of time. I did not mind spending $600 but found that it was unfair to be quoted a lower price and for them to increase it on the day after wasting 1.5 hours of our time. I ended up contacting another cleaner who came in and started on with the job instantly as I did not want to risk having to pay $600 to unprofessionals and risking my bond

  Dear Ishita, We sincerely regret the frustration you experienced with our service. To clarify, the initial quote was $400, and at no point was the charge raised to $600. After assessing the complexities on-site, the final adjusted price was $530. (Clearly mentioned in quotation and workorder). If needed, we can re-send the proof of the adjustment shared with you over email.   We used Dirt2Neat for our end of lease clean, including carpet steaming, blinds cleaning and fumigation for fleas etc. We were very impressed with the clean and felt that the team of 3 were very professional and punctual.
