  We had Dan and James out this morning, taking down our old palm tree. They made the process so easy. They were prompt, efficient and so very easy to deal with. They are an absolutely lovely duo.   Made an absolute mess of our yard and didn't do the job he was paid for. Ending up having to buy a chain saw to do the job myself. He was an night mare avoid at all costs!

  Hi Emlyn, Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you had a bad experience. As discussed with you and your wife Arabella, we were never going to remove the whole stump as you were getting an excavator come in to do landscaping and they were going to remove the root ball. We could not cut any further due to the tree having metal in it which would have damaged our equipment. We wish you well with your landscaping.
