  I have no hesitation in recommending DC Building Inspectors to anyone looking for a building Inspection. I contacted DC late Friday afternoon and I had a comprehensive and detailed 70 page building and pest inspection report emailed to me midday on Monday. I also had a call from Greg, the building inspector to discuss the report prior to me receiving it. First class professional and efficient service.

  I had a very positive experience using DC Building Inspectors for a pre-purchase inspection. Zubair conducted the inspection and was extremely helpful and professional. The report was provided promptly and Zubair also spoke to me on the phone answering all my questions and clearly explained his findings. David was also very helpful.   BUILDING INSPECTION: New Bathroom build: Prompt from the get go. I'd done a lot of research on inspectors in the area including other google reviews and years in business. After making inquiry I was able to book appointment next day. I had some suspicions about some of the compliance codes not being met wrt my bathroom rebuild but the builder had assured me everything was "ticketyboo". I wasn't convinced being able to see some obvious waterproofing violations. Mohammed arrived the next morning and I had my report a few hours later in the day. By having this very comprehensive report, it validated my findings, as well as finding other code violations. Having AN EXPERT VIEW and 120 page comprehensive report with photos and code violations spelled out, could not be denied by the builder and so now the bathroom has been pulled out and they're pretty much starting again. This time with photos of every step along the way. I'm so glad I spent this money to save potential thousands down the track, as well as holding the builder accountable for the fixes.
