We are in the home maintenance business and we love having the necessary jobs done around the house. So we love our job cause it makes the customer feel satisfied a job has been job well.

The guarantee for the labour is 7 years and our product warrantee is, in most cases, 20 years. The length of time when the job will be done is within a week to 2 weeks of deposit being made.

The typical thing that is estimated, is it single level or two storey. That is the most common question. The rest is all the same for every job.

We are a family business and pride ourselves in giving an honest price at first visit. There are no hidden costs. The price on the quote is the price with no extras.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We will need to come to the site to measure up and inspect the property for an accurate estimation of the job. the owners do not need to be home as long as we can get to the back of the house to measure up. This takes approx. 30 mins. The quote is then emailed to the owner.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialize in guttering and downpipes including fascia covers. Replacing metal sheeting is also a common job.  We also do LEAF GUARD which is becoming very common these days to protect their new gutters for excess leaves and debris so they look good longer and last longer.

We are a licenced roofing plumber with 15 years experience. Our sales person is available 6 days per week. There are no hidden pricing and the labour is guaranteed for 7 years from completion.
