  I blocked you and NOT your husband for a good reason. whatever you say to me when we talk on the phone far more theatrical and out of proportion to what me and your husband discuss. who is a gentleman. getting on the phone to discuss NOT pressing matters is difficult to manage in a orderly . I'm not tiers 1\2\3 just a 3 man crew so for me I can only give my undivided and clear attention to detail at one important task at a time. because I'm in the middle of dealing with live concrete coming out of a truck that's, ready to bite us in the back side if we dont and give it the time and attention required to placing and finishing it for a good job. not to mention the heavy duty machinery that will seriously injure someone if attention isn't given and the fact that I'm a tradesmen not a admin lady. Also Ashley it's quite obvious that if it's raining or has rained the day prior to, there is a high chance that delays and cancellations occur. but you wouldn't know that would you because you're inside the office or home that guys like myself built for you in un desirable conditions .. that's why us men build infrastructure and homes to keep you safe and warm etc because we preserver and cope the best way we can taking into consideration all the un preventables and surprises.WEATHER WEATHER WEATHER (check the previous 4 day forecast from this date). RAIN RAIN RAIN no digging no pouring and no high powered electronic tools which isn't a minor thing. this causes personal harm and definitely causes property damage ie the actual machinery and YOUR VERY OWN home circuit board could stuff up and nobody there to take responsibility except the tradesman which means we get the charge backs etc. Show me your hands (smooth silk) and I'll show you mine ( mangled and rough most likely will never heal) and I'll let you decide whom out of the two has put in the hard yards in this industry. your job is a small concrete grinding job which I valued at $4000 taxes net originally then you manipulated the bartender to a CASH- sale to where you would only need to pay $3000 because you required an itemised quotation and discovered my allowances. woah shifty !!! your deposit amount of $800 has already been processed for return and cancellations of your work order, thank goodness ohhh don't forget you were late on that deposit by 4 days FYI or did you forget to te that into your review that doesn't mean a thing just you being silly with your reactions and manner of handling minor delays. only if this platform let me post images and pdf's, then your audience will get an even more exciting insite. this reply to your rant took me almost 30 mins of time during construction time to conjure up and fix my misspellings and its still not even correct grammar. it's an absolute waste
