Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

yes we are insured and all work completed is warranted for a minimum of 12 months.  We are also licensed builders so we have Home Owners Warranty.  Our company also has contracts works insurance, 20 million public liability and workers compensation.   Certificate of currency are available upon request.

The variety of jobs that we undertake either them being challenging or different, we enjoy the challenge and seeing the end product.  Each structure has its own flair.

With over 25 years experience working in the construction industry our staff have an extensive experience in renovating and refurbish shops as well as dwellings using modern materials and techniques that  lead to considerable construction cost savings and energy efficiency that reduce operational costs for clients.

We recommend site visits before any quoting.   To get the a rough figure is driving blind, every job can lead to having variations involved which costs are not included in a rough figure.

Make the time to do research.  However big or small the job is, the more information you know the better idea the builder/designer/architect/project manager will have which assist greatly on providing the most accurate quote and also getting the project without any issues.

Boss Building Solutions team manage a certain amount of work.  This allows us to give a competitive and realistic quote.  We also attain materials at better rates then most building companies, through long term relationships with our suppliers.  We offer price matching upon request.

We provide a break down on the charges for every project we undertake.  After the quote has been accepted, one of our project managers will arrange a meeting with the client and discuss the break down and  any additional information in regards to the project.

Boss Building Solutions covers most projects of design and construction.  Our specialization consists of residential renovations, shop fitting and residential investment properties.

Our team consists of designers,architects and builders with a combined experience of over 25 years of projects. We refrain from sub-contracting work as we like to form a more 'hands on' approach to our work.
