I am a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fanatic, I have Diploma in Fitness and Sports Coaching and would love to share my passion with you and guide you into a solid fitness journey to achieve your goals. I am based in Avalon Beach and my training sessions are delivered outdoors from Whale Beach to Collaroy Beach. I provide all the equipment including yoga mat, resistance bands and weights. *Due to Covid-19 situation I ask clients to please bring their own towel, own yoga mat if possible and sanitiser for hands after use (Thank you in advance!). My motto as a Personal Trainer is to encourage people to work hard towards a better mobility, strengthen the major muscles related to poor posture, building a strong foundation and most important, pain-free. Training does not have to be complicated but efficient and consistent so I will coach you to understand what suits your body best. 1-1 Sessions are 4 weeks program planned, then reviewed according with frequency of training. Nutrition guidance is also included in the program as it has to be worked in line with exercise in order to GET RESULTS AND MAINTAINING THEM LONG TERM. Looking forward to meet you, Bruna.
