Brenterprises has public liability insurance to cover all our works.  We guarantee our work and we will always offer to return to site at no extra charge if you are not happy with our service.

As we offer a local service it's great meeting people who live just down the street or in the next suburb, and keeping community relationships positive.  I enjoy the hard work and seeing the finished product which is always to the customers satisfaction.

Does our machine fit down narrow pathways / side gates etc? Yes it does - our Vermeer SC130 stump grinder easily fits down side paths and narrow access ways.  It's on wheels and will not damage any paving / concrete or lawn as we make our way to the stump or root.

We are a local family business, therefore we like to keep our customers happy.  We quite often see previous customers at the local shops or the kids footy games - therefore it's important to us to sustain our reputation as a reliable and trustworthy contractor.

Brenterprises is a local family business, and we offer the lowest quotes that you will find.  No need to compare or try to match quotes, as we will be lower every time.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

The size of the stump is the first question we'll ask to give a rough quote - how high the remaining trunk is off the ground level, as well as the width of the stump.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Ensure the tree is cut down as low as possible - any extra chainsaw work will increase the time the job takes, therefore increase the costs of the job. Ensure the access to the stump or root is as clear as possible Use the woodchips as mulch in your garden rather than asking us to take them away.  We are always happy to take them away for you, but they can be re-used on your garden as mulch

Our prices speak for themselves - we are confident that our quotes will be lower every time.  We would rather offer a good old fashioned service and keep our customers happy rather than just being in it for the money.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

Our stump grinding services start at $50 for a stump approx 300mm - this price is our minimum cost however, and will increase depending on the type of tree (hard wood etc), as well as access and any chainsaw work required.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialise in tree stump and root grinding - these need to be removed for various reasons including paving, concrete, new lawn, removing trip hazards, or just removing from your lawn to make mowing easier.
