What they need to be done I normally require a site inspection so we can tailor a specific solution for the customer's needs. Alternatively, photos of the site and sometimes measurements (if it's easier for the customer than a full site inspection).

As the owner and operator I don't need to make extra money to pay my office staff, directors, or other people not directly involved in doing the work. Therefore I can pass on this saving to the customer. I also don't charge mark-ups on the materials used.

We charge the customer once the job is done to their satisfaction. The only deposit we may require is for materials, and materials only.

I enjoy facing problems that other roof plumber's can't fix. I like to solve the customer's problems once and for all. We do specialise in re-roofs, converting old tile roofs to new shiny Colorbond tin roofs.
