  This was a terrible experience, I was wondering if I was part of a prank TV show,he actually made the roof worse, he washed the debris from the pitched roof to the semi flat roof and actually obscured the clear sheets. I’m busy renovating & selling the house at the moment but when finished I will litigate with this gentleman. He has blocked my number to avoid communicating with us and has returned once to do the moss off the gutters but this was not done to 90% of the affected areas so he has delayed the sale of my house as I can’t have photos done until it’s rectified . I was away at the time on his return so unfortunately he was paid on his word. I have now purchased a high pressure extension pressure equipment to do the moss and I’m about to use another company to clean up his created mess. So my cost will probably exceed his fee. I have photos and Drone footage if anyone is interested. In giving him a go. In my opinion his behaviour is borderline scamming.

  Hi Ian, Please note that I have not blocked your number. Please also note that your written quote did not include cleaning of the gutter faces to remove moss. If this was a request at the time of quoting it would have been included in the quote. At no point was this request made, and if it was we could have provided an additional quote. It is not fair for you to write a terrible review because of your error in requesting additionally work to be carried out. The claims you are making are categorically false. I believe in future you should try to make contact in writing via email to discuss your concerns or claims, as that would provide you with evidence to your argument.
