yes we are an insured business , we currently hold our business and indemnity insurance with AAMI Insurance. we guarantee our work for up to six years for tiler errors only. we will not be held responsible for client damage or any other trade damage.

i love being able to figure out the best way to lay a tile, to get straight lines and make the finished job look as best as it possibly can.

how come your quote has come in higher than the others:  our quote is reflective of our service, it includes products that have been specifically chosen for your job and your requirements for the area they are being used in. it includes our guarantee that your job will be completed to Australian standards, with every necessary process and step being taken. we have no hidden costs, we do what we quote. often the lowest price quotes are using inferior or unsuitable products and the tilers do not complete each process as they should, sometimes not at all.

its best if you are able to provide information on tile type and size so that accurate pricing can be quoted. also time frame for when job needs to be started and completed by. We will never quote a job unless a visual inspection has been completed

know what you want and how you want your job to look. changing your mind and tile choice without talking to your tiler could dramatically increase your labor costs. doing preparation and demolition works yourself will save you a large amount of time and money.

Each job requires a 15% deposit to book in your job and secure your starting date. from there depending on the size of project we may require partial payment throughout, remainder of price is due day of completion

We specialize in all types of tiles including ceramic, porcelain, mosaic, and natural stone tiles. we complete work with a high superior finish. we also specialize in waterproofing to the Australian standard and beyond.

Owned and operated by Benn who has over 13 years of experience in the tiling industry. Benn was trained on the job but last year completed certificate 3 in Wall and Floor Tiling to show his commitment to the tiling industry.
