  I wish I could rate less than a star. Very disappointed with their quality and workmanship. I have placed order of supply and installation of Plantation shutter, Roller blinds and S-fold curtains. They've absolutely violated contract in all three orders. 1. Plantation shutters - They manufactured shutters incorrectly but due to constraint of time and sympathy, i accepted the wrong fabricated. It was by biggest mistake. Shutters do not function well. Some of them are very tight and some are very loose. They are not able absorb normal wind pressure even. Lots of lights passing through the side gaps as well as the gap between the shutters. 2. Roller Blinds - Material quality is good, but they have installed in wrong direction. The length of chain is not sufficient to operate blinds properly. I reminded them twice regarding the direction before installation. It was clearly specified in the contract but still they made mistakes. There is no commitment for rectification. 3. S-Fold blackout curtains and Sheer - I would never recommend as they seem totally unprofessional and are not having correct skills set in manufacturing and installation. They took longer than 6 weeks for installation. Even after taking measurements three times, they still made a huge blunder in sizing. There are huge gaps of about 35-45 mm from the floor. As per them, this is industry standard. There are couple of cases where curtain and sheer hanging 45cm outside of rail. They have supplied incorrect rails. The main feature of S-fold should be folding S consistently but none of the curtains folds evenly. We can see uneven folding near to rails but as you go towards the floor, they all spread widely and look pathetic. But this is what their standard is, surprisingly. They rail design seems wrong as they are sagging due to weight of curtains. When we open the curtains, the string within the rails not functioning properly and keep the curtains keep sliding back by its own. From my experience with them, they do not have expertise in Door & windows covering. Very poor quality & workmanship. I would never recommend them for Plantation shutters, Roller Blinds & any type Curtains.
