Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

I am not insured but guarantee my advices. The businesses I use for my work are insured and provide valid warranties and advices in their individual trades. I use very high quality fabrics, lighting and hard finishes.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I am a home creator for last 20 years , being a mother and a traveller for most of my life. I have lived and visited many countries and have absorbed the fact that Home is the most important thing is every one's life and my passion grew stronger each day.

A customer who did not have any budget but we worked together with the left over paints and wallpapers and created a unique feature wall in almost nil.

Creativity and meeting and knowing people. Bringing functionality and giving my hundred percent to bring their ideas alive beautifully. My favourite part is to listen to people when they talk about their dream space.

To be inquisitive and curious to see the previous work done by the Designer. Visit the studio or work space where the business is located. Their fee and the process of work.

1. My approach and style, which I feel is variable depending on client style and Budget. 2. My consultation fee. And it is $250 for l one hour consultation for a medium size residence.

I like to keep the transparency and write down steps and get approval from client in every step. AI include clients in all the purchases. I like client to be involved with the provider wherever possible.

I am a qualified Designer and have achieved my Design Diploma( 2 Year Full Time Study) with a high academic score from RMIT Melbourne. I am able to provide a very good visual presentation of prospective interior which is very helpful for client to decide if they finally want to go ahead.

I would like to know their Requirement and will analyse the Priority out of them. I will surely want to know their Budget and Timeframe. I would like to know their style to decide the approach for selecton which will have a huge impact on QUOTE.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1. Keep your requirements sorted and written briefly on a piece of paper to efficiently use the time. 2. Have a little idea about their liking or style. 3. My Style Identifier Form completed and sent to me in mail before first consultation so I can provide them some ideas in first meeting itself.

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

If services are within Hills then a site visit will cost $50 less then my usual visit. Initial Consultation for one Flare will be $200 regardless of the location.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Itemised pricing provides a flexible plan for clients to choose the services under their budget. Also I keep most of the retail based references which is a great freedom for client to select the furniture according to my advise within their budget.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

$250 For an hour and a half consultation.  Some prices are product based. Like Joinery Design($500 for a size of upto 6 square Metre), Layout Plan($250 for a medium size residence), Concept boards($100) and Material and Finishes board( $350). Rest of the work is charged as time based($ 120/ Hour). If services are provided in the premises of my business then consultation fee will be $200 for an hour and a half.

I specialise in all the areas of Interior Design from Kitchen Design, Bathroom Design . Finishes, Soft furnishing, Lighting, Accessories. I also provide construction drawings for all my designs and artistic hand and multimedia drawings of the prospective interior Design.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I am a qualified Interior Designer and my education has been completed from RMIT, Melbourne, one of Australia's leading University For Design And Architecture. My results were very high and my work has been nominated to present the university in many occasions. I worked with a renowned designer in Melbourne during and after my studies and working with Forward Interior Design as an Intern in Sydney for May 2015.
