  Richard arrived to quote neatly groomed and interested in what was to be done. His quote was a pleasant surprise compared to the other two I requested, and was detailed professionally via e-mail on his business letterhead. After accepting his quote, the tree felling itself was done the next week, and was completed carefully. The yard was swept clean. In summary, I was pleased with the cost and how the whole job was carried out.
