Andrew and Rachel provide a excellent service from are first call on a Sunday morning and getting strait onto it and keeping us informed of developments all day, to providing consistent and good advice throughout the process to get the best outcome and providing honest advice about cost from the very outset. Phenomenal service from Andrew and his paralegal. From the very first phone call Andrew was friendly, helpful , professional and very knowledgeable and put us at ease straight away. This continued throughout the whole process with every step being explained thoroughly and with care and compassion. Andrew was fantastic, very very helpful. He would answer all queries in a short period. He pushes for the things to be quicker in a timely manner.
