  We engaged Ahmad to complete renovations to our main bathroom, ensuite, powder room, laundry and outdoor patio tiling. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. From early in the project, punctuality and communication were ongoing concerns. Ahmad frequently arrived late or failed to attend without notice. When we followed up, we were provided with various excuses, which were so extravagant that it made it hard to believe anything Ahmad said. Ahmad represented himself as having extensive experience in bathroom renovations and stated that he had a team working with him. However, it quickly became apparent that neither of these claims reflected the reality of the situation. The quality of workmanship has left us needing to engage another tradesperson to rectify multiple issues. For example, a mirror was installed crooked and sealed into place, making removal and correction more complex and costly. Several tiled areas require repair, the laundry tap installation needs fixing, and overall the finish across the project is untidy and below an acceptable standard. Despite having a clear payment agreement in place, Ahmad repeatedly requested additional funds. When we advised that no further payments would be made until the identified issues were rectified, communication ceased entirely and we have not heard from him since. We are sharing our experience so others can make an informed decision. Based on the issues we encountered with reliability, workmanship and communication, we would strongly caution anyone considering engaging Ahmad for renovation work.

  the bathroom and laundry that i did the tiling was the perfectest tilling without any small issues just because you change the whole floor board and you said to me buy the swichs and power points which each one was over 70$ and i brought you the receipt but still you didn’t paid me for the materials that you needed to supply and i did it but just because i wanted you to pay for it it doesn’t make an excuse and i have had family issues in the middle of the job and i given you a timeline for finishing the job which i did on time i will post the pictures of your bathroom and laundry which was done and my clients know that you are the only negative comments about my job so please if you don’t pay it’s okay but don’t leave a review like on peoples business just because you wanted them to do you added more than a week job and over $1000 materials which i asked you for the payment you said no i will pay you when you finished the bathroom but still i didn’t receive anything i didn’t care about that money because of your amazing kids i said to you sometimes there some more valuable things than money and i leave that money for them thanks mate

His quote was not the cheapest, but he gave me confidence in trade skills and his knowledge in tiling when we spoke.
