  My name is Tiffy I'm totally blind hearing-impaired and I first got ahmed out so I could get some grout cleaning done because I had a water leak in 2023 which caused massive mould a year later and not only did the basin wrote that I had, but there was mould in the plaster as well! The mould however is still persisting and I thought there might have been mould in the grout where there are tiles! Ahmed came out to have a look at the situation and told me that there was no mould that he could see! He seems nice enough and he seem to understand that because of my disabilities I need everything done properly! I explained to him that my builder/handyman recommended I have waterproofing where the concrete is as there is no tiles there and that's where the old basin used to be, I explained where I wanted the waterproofing, and I also explained that I want tiles on top of the waterproofing and he claimed he was a tiler and he also said he could grout my shower cheaper than the grout guy! I explained what tiles I wanted at the time I was going to get the tiles myself when I had the money but first I would feel the tiles and get advice on the materials that a particular place I was going to go to might have, but they didn't want to help me because of where the basin is gonna be so I contacted ahmed again and he said he would supply them for me and make sure that they were what I wanted! That was the last time I heard from him last Wednesday! Last Thursday which is a week ago today I was washing my hands in the laundry which is a European laundry as that is the only place to keep soap so I don't have to remove it all the time and I've got everything that would be in my bathroom in the laundry as there is nowhere else to keep it right now, but when I came out of the laundry because I'm blind I did not know I didn't step back far enough and the right-hand cupboard door snagged my big right toenail quite severely and I was in agony for at least 45 minutes straight! I told ahmed what had happened because he needed to know this so he could arrange a time to have a look at the bathroom again or at least tell me if he would go to the water stop shop to look at the waterproofing, tell me how much everything would be then I could save up and get it all done as soon as I could! All I heard was crickets meaning nothing! I'm sorry to do this to you ahmed but you didn't help me when I needed it the most and I know you're busy I get that, but now I've been injured last week while coming out of the laundry, and I'm stressed as hell and you haven't responded so I apologise that I've had to review you like this and I would prefer no contact after this, but you said you would help me and you didn't do anything except have a look at what was needed that was it! Thanks to this mess I now have to look for someone else for the tiling and waterproofing and it's very sad that I've gotta do this because of him! 😢😢

  Hi Tiffy, I understand your concern but I explained you that i am going out of Melbourne for tow weeks and I can’t answer any calls because there is no service i told you if you had any questions you can contact me through whatsup i still have the messages and i told you i will do the job for free for you ,i will just charge you the materials I don’t think you remember everything and after tow weeks when i came back and called you , you answered and said you gonna hire someone local i said okay but still if you needed help i will be there for you anytime but still if you think this review can solve your problem and make you a little bit happier i am okay with it i did job for alot of people wich they already reviewed me and thanks for tow stars you could give me one but given tow I appreciate it thanks
