Unfortunately some customers try and cut corners when we try and do an estimate over the phone, I need to know exactly how many rooms,seats or square meters so that is price is fair on both parties. Room sizes are quoted on 14 square meters on average.

Ask all the necessary questions. Compare apples with apples.  Have the customers had the same work carried out before? Which aspect did they like and dislike...

I Take pride in my work and always aim to deliver quality work for my customers. There are other competitors that may be cheaper but I price in such manner that will qualify me for what I am worth.

Window cleaning is done per hour, carpet cleaning is done per room or per square meter and upholstery per seated area. Tile and grout or vinyl strip and seal is done per square meter.

I specialise in carpet dry or steam cleaning. Hard floors,vinyl strip and seal and tile and grout cleaning. Upholstery cleaning and water damage restoration
