We are fully insured business.  We have 5 million liability insurance, Police clearance,  and our guarantee is if it ain't done right the first time we come back for free.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Well, to tell the truth I lost my job and got fed up working    for the big boys so I decided to give this a crack. I've always enjoyed cleaning and gardening so this was the perfect time.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I went to one of my new clients do do some gardening maintenance and weeding. It was extremely windy that day. He asked me if could cut a tree on his back yard that was 5 meters tall and you could see it was dying. I told him that I had no experience with large trees and couldn't do it. Short time later the client went out and I had lunch in the car. The tree decided to fall by it self from the wind clipping the clothes line and braking it on the way. I panicked but managed to cut all the branches and cut up the tree in smaller pieces. Upon the clients return almost all the rubbish was cleared he noticed the tree wasn't there and said I knew you could do it. I told him the truth and about the clothes line. He mentioned that he bought a new one two week's ago but had no time to put it up, but now had a good reason. So I managed to get rid of the tree, cut the grass and helped him with the clothes line. That was a weird day but still managed to get all done.

What do you like most about your job?

Me and my wife enjoy both Cleaning & Gardening but I personally enjoy gardening, it relaxes me but also gives me a challenge. I like to take a photo of " BEFORE AND AFTER". It gives you that sense of I did something amazing. Also being my own boss. But not with my wife around.

A customer should be able to read a small introduction on the business he or she is about to chose. Ask any questions related to the services being provided eg: How long will it take, the cost, if youhave the right tools for the job, and or make some suggestions.

Question: How long will the job take to be finished and how much will it cost and if im insured.  Answer: Yes and depending on the size of the property and the amount of work to be done.

For me personally trust has to be earned. As of reliability is concerned you have to be otherwise small business owners wont survive. We do have Police Clearance and liability insurance.

Why not give the little guy a go. We are honest, hard working, reliable and affordable. No body is perfect but we do the job and we try to do it right. So far no complaints and that's the way we like it.

Cleaning & Gardening: Customer's name, location of the property, services required, job time frame, size of the property, and if possible for the property to be vied. But most of all is the contact details.

Number one we offer Free quotes,  number two no funny business (we come, we do, we go.). And last but not least if the customer not satisfied with the job we come back for free.

We offer fixed pricing as well as hourly rates on domestic services and Gardening Maintenance.Domestic cleaning starts at $30 a/h with your products or $35 with out. We use environmentally friendly products.General gardening starts at $35 a/h and weeding $40 a/h.

My wife and I specialise in all aspects of the job we do. We both enjoy cleaning and gardening but our favorite has to be cleaning the kitchen, oven, stove it gives us a challenge.
