  5 stars for the workers & work done. 1 star for how I was dealt with by Nathan. His customer service leaves a lot to be desired. An 8am start time was agreed to as I had to be away from home by 1030 for voluntary work. I rang at 830 as no-one had arrived & was told they had been held up in traffic. Nathan said he'd check & get back to me....he never did. Tried to ring again at 930 only to get messages. I had to rearrange my voluntary work at short notice. When the workers arrived, I was told they'd been sent to another job first!!! Nathan messaged me around 130pm with a couple of poor excuses about not getting back to me & apologised for the workers being a bit late...a bit?!? they were almost 2 hours late & I was left with no idea as to what was going on. I responded letting him know I wasn't impressed with what happened considering he knew my situation about needing to get away & got nothing back, just the invoice stating it had to be paid that day. Workers were great & I'm happy with the work done. Nathan needs to appreciate that he should be honest with customers.

  Justin and his boys are the great tradies ever dealt with. They came with 1 day notice and pruned a huge tree hasn't been pruned for over 15-20 years. Very polite boys and hard workers. Affordable price and best quality work. Can't recommend them more. Thanks guys. 😊

  EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! I cannot recommend this business highly enough. From the first enquiry email to the truck driving away, the experience of having this awful creeper engulfed palm tree removed was a breeze. Nathan was always prompt and reliable in his communication with me, and the extraordinary workmen turned up when expected. That was when I was truly blown away. I've never seen such hardworking men! And on top of that, they were friendly and professional and very respectful and kind to my elderly mother. No corners were cut even though it was a really tough job. And the yard was left beautifully tidy. I simply couldn't be happier with the service provided, and would recommend to everyone.
