Depending on the project it is best that the customer knows if the professional is a registered design professional and if they are able to assist with their project from concept design to council/private certifier approval. Management of the entire approval process would save time and money.

1. Where are you located? - Crows Nest & Bankstown 2. What are your fees for my project? - Depends on what your after. Is it a new home or an existing home needing extra space/design elements or a business space needing a new look? What is your budget? 3.Can we arrange for a time to meet with you? - Yes, please confirm a date and time to meet at our Crows Nest office. Our fee for the initial design consultation is $120.00. This will be waived should you commence with our services.

Most of time it's not the price that helps us win a particular new project but rather our experience and the way we discuss with our clients the stages within the design process. We always provide a professional and personal approach to all new and existing clients.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Depending on the scope of works, we mainly provide a fee proposal which then is provided to the new client. Our fees are most of the time fixed and we only charge additional fees (at an hourly rate) if the client requests for more than four (4) major changes to the overall design.

As founder of A & H Building Designers and with over 8 years experience in understanding and providing building design and interior design services, I have continued to provide a personal approach to all new residential, commercial, retail and industrial projects.   With a degree in Architectural Studies from the University of New South Wales and having previously completed the advanced diploma in Architectural Technology course at Ultimo Tafe Sydney, it has been an ongoing design experience of working at several Architectural and Interior design firms which subsequently led to the commencement of my multi-disciplinary design practice.
