Michael is a man of honour and true to his word. He came out very late on a Saturday afternoon and quoted our job and gave me a call to let me know that we did not have to install a brand new ducted heating system (which was what we were told by two other companues that quoted) a... He is truly an honest tradesman. The work was completed on the Tuesday and we couldn't be happier. Michael also called to let us know he was going to be an hour later than discussed.
