Location: Macgregor, QLDJob Description: Model: Samsung RJ100F5HXEA Error codes: U C8, E2 01 I have 2 aircon specialists came to my place and this is the inspection report: It is advised to replace the outdoor main PCB, the inverter PCB, and the indoor unit main PCB. The system displayed fault code E2 01: The number of indoor units mismatched. Inspection revealed that one indoor unit had no response, although voltage supply to the unit was confirmed to be normal. This indicates that the indoor unit PCB has failed, which in turn caused the outdoor unit to register an incorrect number of indoor units. Additionally, gecko traces were found on the outdoor unit, further supporting the likelihood of PCB damage. Therefore, it is advised to replace the outdoor main PCB, the inverter PCB, and the affected indoor unit PCB to restore proper system operation. Please feel free to submit ann offer with/without the PC boards or suggest where to buy them. I can get them myself and you come change them.
