26 Nov 2025Location: Fig Tree Pocket, QLDJob Description: Im hoping to arrange a service call as soon as possible for our Daikin ducted air conditioning system. System details: Model: Daikin RQ250KY1 (3-phase ducted) Property: Two-level residential home, Fig Tree Pocket, Brisbane, 4069. Issue: When the air conditioner is running, we are getting water leaking into the ceiling directly beneath where the indoor units sit in the roof space. The cooling performance seems normal, but the ceiling leak begins shortly after the system is turned on. The leak has occurred during the recent period of very high heat and humidity (around 35C+). We suspect a blocked condensate drain line or overflow tray, but we would like a full inspection to confirm the cause and book a service. Please let me know your earliest availability for a site visit, as weve turned the system off to prevent further damage.
