Job Description: I first noticed a problem with the sound volume yesterday and tried to navigate a fix using the remote. It then disappeared altogether (no sound). I kept trying to solve the issues, but then lost capacity to change Chanels. So now we have one Chanel only with no sound.

Location: Springwood, NSW
Job Description: 1 of the HDMI ports stopped working 6 months ago, then 3 weeks ago the second one blew while I was playing playstation. The sounds cut out then made an aweful high pitch noise and went black. Tv would turn on and off and other channels were fine, but then within 15 minutes the remote stopped working. Another 15 minutes and the buttons on the actual tv stopped working and now I cant turn it back on. The standby light is still on.
