Job Description: I have a 6x3 patio above a garage with a failed waterproofing membrane on one end. I was thinking of tiling over tile but have just discovered damaged structaflor under the tiles (around 1.2sq metres. Need a quote to repair subfloor and tile over or remove old tiles and retile. An aircon unit is being removed next Monday and a 6m railing will need to be removed and replaced. Job will be ready to start next week.

Job Description: Bathroom currently striped, new sheets to be installed after plumbing. New sheets should be in place wed Dec 6th. Happy to supply tiles with advise or pay for tiles in job. You can quote one option or both. Have independent waterproofer but can also quote with or without. Approx 3.2*3.4 meters. One large window and 2 entry doors. Layout same as old photo however bath will be replace with drop in to go over completed tiles. Shower is a little larger than 1200mm and will remain in same place. Vanity fitted over tiles. Looking at all four walls and floor, walls approx 38sqaures (from memory)and floor 11sm. Start asap.
