What can I say. I have been living in my apartment for just over 6 years. In all this time we have had a multitude of water issues. Around 6 months ago we had a mini-renovation done to the bathroom which included ripping out the tub and converting to shower only. I thought that was the last of the leak. About a month ago the unit below started complaing of water leaks from our unit. We had about two different plumbers assess it which included megasealed coming through and performing water proofing. Problem was still not fixed. Alan with his brother Harry were reluctant to take the job purely based on their schedule but in the end came through. We followed Alans recommendation. As he demolished the bathroom we found so many issues from the last two renovations. He explained every step of the way. The bathroom wasn’t just another job. He was meticulous and treated it as if it was his own. Even coming back and fixing some of the plumbers mistakes (which wasn’t part of Alans job). He is punctual, not like other tradies.
