I’d start by saying they were polite and responsive. They came out within 24 hours to quote and were available to start within a few days. The results look good and overall we are pleased. We do feel that corners were cut and that the work done, time onsite, materials and travel do not justify the cost. On the day of the quote I asked how many workers would be required over how many days. He told me they needed 3 people over 3 days. We used this to justify the cost along with cost of materials and the process of the job. Process was described as clean and prep roof, apply primer then x2 coats roof membrane. What we actually got was 2 guys over 2 days however total hours onsite were 5. Day 1 was total 2 hours onsite to apply 1st coat of paint. No prep or primer applied. Day 2 was 3 hrs onsite this consisted 2nd coat roof paint and painting of facias. We are happy with the overall result but feel they were not honest and have not justified cost.
