Melissa was great. The 2 guys that moved us was excellent. We moved from 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home to a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the top floor. When we got there the truck did not fit in the basement, but the driver found parking outside. They had to climb stairs, then take a slow lift up to the top floor. Some things had to go to the basement. Both the guys was amazing. They made the move stress free and in a timely manner. I was also happy with the final bill taking the slow lift, stairs etc into consideration.
