Job Description: Bathroom reno: remove existing drop in bath tub; remove taps & pipework at one end of tub & rough in new pipework for mixer tap & spout on back wall behind freestanding tub; remove existing vanity and install new vanity (has legs, not wall hung); Install mixer tap for sink; rough in pipework for shower; install shower rail with mixer tap; remove existing toilet and associated tap and reinstall these again once tiler has retiled adjacent toilet room. Kitchen reno commences 7am Mon 4 Nov - prior to this time: remove existing sink & mixer tap in island bench; disconnect dishwasher; once new island bench & benchtops installed, install new sink & goose neck mixer tap; reconnect dishwasher. All fitting and fixtures will be supplied by client excepted vanity sink waste - prefer a plug rather than a pop-up type.
