Job Description: I have a 3x6 m ceiling that needs repair/replacement. I'd like to compare the two options as part of the quote. There are spots of water damage throughout the ceiling and some building movement damage too. One wall has been damaged as a result and will need minor repairs and painting. While doing this work, I'd also like the existing lights changed over to downlights. 4 in the kitchen area, and 2 in the study end of the room. These can connect to the existing light switch. Please let me know if you need me to find the electrican to do this aspect of the work, though I will need the work to be coordinated, as I expect the old lights will leave patch work to be done. I have some photos, but couldn't upload them.
