Job Description: We are renovating a small 56 square metre cottage house in Lurline St Katoomba. The house needs to be sheeted and plastered starting the week 29th July. We are hoping to get the sheeting done that week and the plastering done by 7th August. Photos are attached of the current state of the home. We are currently running in electrical and plumbing. Job Description: Two jobs: 1. install an internal door in a doorway 2. install a partition wall between door connecting rooms (about 2 meters). I don't care much about the cornice and skirting, this job has to be done so that the timber flooring can be installed. Currently there's a carpet in the rooms, but it'll be removed and replaced with timber flooring. Materials need to be supplied.
