Richard from Houseguard did a great job at our home. I ordered the Termite inspection with pest control. He was able to accommodate me to get this completed before Christmas. He talked me through the process before starting, along the way and did a thorough job inside and outside. He was also mindful of our kids and pets to make sure they were not affected by the process. He didn't find any issues with termites (thank goodness) and the inspection gave me piece of mind. Richard had the latest gadgets to detect heat and moisture, things that could be a sign of pest issues. He also told me he couldn't find any problems with water leakage around the bathrooms and sinks! That's an unexpected value added service for the bucks. The price was very good and I received a written warranty on the pest control and full inspection report. Overall - A+ effort!Pro Termites
