I can not speak more highly of Stan from Tide Pressure Wash. He responded to my ad quickly and his communication skills were excellent. Stan clearly outlined how he operates and the machines he uses, he explained his pricing thoroughly, he was always gracious and polite. As if that wasn’t enough, he was able to come to my home the very next day. Stan gave me an approximate time when he would arrive, he texted me to say he was on his way and he was perfectly prompt My job was a big one. I needed pressure washing around my pool area and hoped to also have my driveway cleaned if he had time. He not only completed both those tasks, but he suggested that he do even more than what I originally asked at no extra charge. Stan worked tirelessly without breaks, he was thorough and conscientious. When we were both uncertain about the results in one area, he showed initiative and gladly went over everything again to get the best possible outcome. Stan also paid attention to detail. Pressure washing can be messy business, but Stan cleaned up along the way, hosing off the patio furniture and being careful about plants in the garden. In addition to the high quality of his work, Stan was an absolute pleasure to have around . . . friendly, personable and kind. At first, I was hesitant to choose Stan through One Flare because he did not have any reviews and is just starting his new business. But I am so grateful I hired him. Stan didn’t let me down and he exceeded all my expectations.
