Dawood responded to my request on the platform very quickly, came to meet me a day or so later at the job site at the time that suited me, and was on time. He worked independently with one of his team at the job site over 5 days as committed, finishing the work on time and to a standard we are very happy with. He even repaired a piece of rotten timber uncovered during the prep phase and refused to charge us for the extra work and materials. The site was left clean and tidy when the job was completed.
